About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Tutor to join our team at Study Group. As a Business Tutor, you will play a key role in the delivery of our teaching programs and will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic coordination for designated modules, including planning, delivery, and assessment.
  • Participate in regular meetings with teaching and support staff to ensure effective overall management of programs and student life cycle.
  • Contribute to the design, delivery, and development of modules offered by the centre.
  • Deliver and assess provision, including preparing and marking examinations and providing feedback to students.
  • Update and maintain the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) to ensure a high-quality student experience.
  • Work with the Student Experience Team and Registry and Operations Team to deliver induction, orientation, and registration programs.
  • Liaise with the Progression, Welfare, and Support team to support students in achieving their progression aims.
  • Engage in scholarly activity to ensure the delivery of modules is current and relevant.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area and experience of teaching in UK higher or further education. A teaching qualification and experience working with international students are also desirable.
