Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Primary Education Specialist to work with us on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and be able to deliver engaging lessons to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to primary school students, ensuring that they meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Classroom Management: Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment, using effective classroom management skills to promote student engagement and motivation.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure that students receive a comprehensive education.
  • Professional Development: Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices in primary education.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in teaching primary school students, with a strong understanding of the primary school curriculum.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE): A postgraduate qualification in education, such as a PGCE, is highly desirable.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work primarily in a classroom setting, with regular school hours. They may be required to work additional hours for lesson planning and grading.
