About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality solutions that meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert guidance on the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations.
  • Conducting thorough plan reviews and design assessments to ensure compliance with Building Regulation submissions.
  • Attending client and design team meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.
  • Delivering technical advice to clients, contractors, colleagues, developers, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining high-quality project outputs and deliverables.
  • Writing comprehensive reports, including End of Design Stage Reports and Building Regulations Trackers.
  • Inspecting properties and buildings at key stages of the design process.
  • Staying aware of repeat and new business opportunities.
  • Assisting in developing bid submissions and fee proposals.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
