About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Wheatstone Solutions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care services to homeowners after sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Care and the wider customer care team to provide a high level of customer care service, meeting the needs of homeowners after the sale.
- Understand and discuss defects that arise within properties, ensuring the relevant trades are appointed.
- Provide support and advice to subcontractors, building and maintaining relationships, and ensuring works are carried out and the department is kept up to date.
- Communicate with site or construction teams as necessary to ensure customers' queries are answered accurately, efficiently, and consistently.
- Take ownership of the homes covered and the customers you work with, offering assistance and being proactive to ensure works are carried out on time and to the expectations of the client.
- Schedule operative diaries and appointments, ensuring the system and CRM are up to date with works carried out.
- Ensure the commercial team is kept up to date regarding costs.
Requirements:
- Experience within a customer service coordinator role or relevant experience in the house building/construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner.
