Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Technology and Innovation to lead our IT team and drive the development of our technology strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in delivering IT projects and programmes, and will be able to translate business priorities into practical solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the organisation's business objectives.
  2. Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver IT projects and programmes, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  3. Build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure that IT solutions meet business needs.
  4. Oversee the management of IT suppliers and vendors to ensure that they are delivering value for money.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations on how they can be used to improve our IT services.

Requirements
  1. Proven experience of managing IT projects and programmes.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Familiarity with IT service management principles and practices.
  5. Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
