We are seeking a visionary leader to shape the strategic direction of our family of three schools and drive our ambitious growth plans. As Head of Foundation, you will be responsible for leading our educational team and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be an educationalist with a passion for learning and pupil development. They will be forward-thinking, have a deep commitment to the traditions and ethos of the Foundation, and lead with positivity, respect, and transparency.

The King's Foundation is a community of three schools - King's Senior (11-18 years) and two Prep Schools (2-11 years). We believe that every pupil is a unique and whole person, with their own academic talents, co-curricular passions, and future aspirations. Our aim is to unlock and unleash their potential, and provide a nurturing environment for pupils to develop towards a successful and fulfilling future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the educational team to achieve our strategic objectives
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity
  • Develop and implement educational policies and programs
  • Collaborate with the Heads of the two Prep Schools to drive our growth plans
  • Represent the Foundation at local and national educational events
