Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the race circuit: You will be responsible for monitoring the go-kart track during events to ensure that all drivers are following the rules and regulations.
  • Issue flags to drivers: You will be responsible for issuing the correct flags to drivers to inform them of any issues or hazards on the track.
  • Assist with event setup and teardown: You will be responsible for assisting with the setup and teardown of the go-kart track before and after events.
  • Collaborate with event staff: You will be working closely with event staff to ensure that all events run smoothly and safely.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends: You must be available to work evenings and weekends as well as weekdays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills: You must have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with drivers and event staff.
