Job Overview:

Skill4Pharmacy is seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice. As a member of our team, you will gain valuable experience in customer engagement and pharmacy operations while pursuing a pharmacy qualification.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail pharmacy environment. You will be responsible for providing prescription counter services, advice, and housekeeping duties such as stock rotation and replenishment. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to deliver high-quality prescription counter services
  • Assist in dispensing prescription medicines and advise customers on over-the-counter medication
  • Order pharmaceutical stock and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for learning and developing their skills. GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent in Maths and English are desired but not essential, as these can be provided as part of the course. The successful candidate will also require Functional Skills if necessary.

Training and Development:

Skill4Pharmacy offers comprehensive training and development opportunities, including the Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 (GCSE) qualification and Functional Skills. Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to excel in this role and beyond.

Benefits:
