Care Role Overview

We're seeking experienced caregivers to provide comprehensive care for a young child with complex needs. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring the child's physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing 1:1 care and support to the child
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Managing medication and administering as required
  • Participating in regular training sessions to develop skills and knowledge


Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in childcare or a related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including waking nights
  • Capacity to manage challenging behaviors and emotions
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification
