Care and Support Worker Needed

We are seeking an experienced care and support worker to provide high-quality care and support for a young child with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personal care and support to the child, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  2. Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques.

About the Child:

  1. The child has epilepsy, requiring regular medication management and seizure response training.
  2. The child also requires oral and nasal suctioning to manage respiratory health.

Job Benefits:

  1. A competitive salary of £16 per hour.

Working Hours:

  1. Day shifts typically range from 8-9 hours, starting at 8am.
  2. Night shifts are 12 hours, commencing at 7:30pm.

Total Estimated Salary: Approximately £34,560 per year (based on 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year)
