Job Title: Markets Programme Manager

HTEC Group is seeking an experienced Markets Programme Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing diverse programs and projects at an organizational level within a significant London market insurance client account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program strategies that meet client expectations, program timelines, KPIs, and budgetary constraints within the London insurance market.
  • Lead multiple teams strategically, guiding HTEC Group towards long-term growth and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across the business to drive the delivery within the change function.
  • Manage budgets of 20 million+ and ensure effective financial control frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Extensive London Market Underwriting experience, particularly within underwriting and broker sectors.
  • Proven project management skills, adept at defining clear project boundaries, establishing effective reporting cadences, and crafting robust risk and issue mitigation strategies.
  • Valuable hands-on experience across the financial services and insurance value chain, bringing a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Deep, detailed knowledge of the London market underwriting business lifecycle and protection products.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Possess certifications in Project Management and/or Scrum Master.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing projects specific to the London Market Underwriting industry.
  • Lead teams in researching, developing, and creating consulting insights such as articles, whitepapers, and other collaterals, distributed through both traditional and digital media channels.
