The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in a designated geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers
  • Execute a sales process that validates and qualifies customer needs, resulting in closed business
  • Articulate the value proposition and leverage ROI and TCO tools to engage business stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts, upsell, and cross-sell to maximize revenue potential
  • Achieve sales quotas by developing a sales strategy, targeting key prospects, and collaborating with partners
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams from new and existing accounts
  • Work with Global and local System Integrators and Channel partners to promote OutSystems solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of direct and indirect selling experience in the enterprise software space, with 3+ years in application and application development, SaaS, PaaS, and Cloud offerings
  • Strong technical sales background, with the ability to explain business value to executives and manage complex sales processes
  • Experience with named account selling models and partnering with Global and Local System Integrators and Channel Partners
  • Proven track record of determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
  • Excellent qualifying and closing skills, with the ability to thrive in an independent and fast-paced startup environment
  • Travel as needed
