Job Title: Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Lipton Media. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages to prospective clients, developing a strong client base, and meeting set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages
  • Outreach calls to clients via a mix of warm incoming leads and cold calls
  • Achieving and exceeding team and individual sales targets, set by the Sales Manager
  • Face to face sales presentations with clients and agencies
  • Contributing ideas that will assist in the growth of the business
  • Attending competitor events to generate new leads

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a media sales background – ideally exhibition sales
  • A passion for sales and willingness to make outbound calls
  • Highly driven to hit targets and reach financial incentives (commission)
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills
  • A confident, outgoing personality
  • Able to work as part of a team but also use their own initiative
