Key Account Credit Controller Role

As a Key Account Credit Controller at PHS Group Ltd., you will play a crucial role in our Credit Management team in Caerphilly. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate payment of outstanding arrears and identify queries at an early stage through outbound and inbound customer contact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify overdue accounts and contact customers to obtain a payment date, adhering to ISO procedures.
  • Resolve customer queries and update reports in Excel with up-to-date status, utilizing these reports to assist in resolving issues with customers related to aged debt.
  • Follow contact schedules in accordance with standard procedures and update relevant reports and databases.
  • Create and maintain Purchase Order (PO) Databases for accounts where PO Numbers are a requirement.
  • Ensure customer accounts are accurate, up-to-date, and appropriately allocated.
Requirements:
  • Credit Controllers must be assertive yet polite, with sound communication and listening skills.
  • They should be comfortable interrogating ledgers, including complex credit and debits.
