Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Credit Management team in Caerphilly. As a Key Account Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and collecting outstanding debts.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and contact customers with overdue accounts to obtain payment dates and resolve queries.
- Update reports and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and collect cash.
- Develop and maintain Purchase Order (PO) databases for accounts requiring PO numbers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
