Accounts and Credit Controller

Join our team at PHS Group Ltd. as a Key Account Credit Controller and take on a challenging role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Key Account Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and collecting outstanding debts.
Responsibilities:- Identify and contact customers with overdue accounts to obtain payment dates and resolve queries.
- Update reports and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Collaborate with the Credit Management team to resolve complex issues and collect cash.
- Develop and maintain Purchase Order databases for accounts requiring PO numbers.
- Ensure customer accounts are accurate, up-to-date, and properly allocated.
- Assertive and polite communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to interrogate ledgers, including complex credit and debit information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive starting salary of £23,140.
