Special Educational Needs Early Years Teacher

Aspire People is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teacher to support children in EYFS and KS1 in Wollaton and surrounding areas. This full-time role comes with an immediate start until the end of the academic year.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, delivering, and assessing lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and implementing strategies to support the progress and development of students.
- Communicating effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Monitoring and evaluating student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods as necessary.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with SEN, particularly within EYFS or KS1.
- A strong understanding of early childhood development and special education practices.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
