Teacher for Students with Special Needs in Early Years

Aspire People are looking for a skilled SEN Teacher to join their team in Wollaton, working with children in EYFS and KS1. This full-time position comes with an immediate start until the end of the academic year.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support student progress and well-being. They will also plan, deliver, and assess lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement IEPs that cater to the unique needs of students with SEN.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure student success and well-being.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing regular feedback and adjusting teaching methods as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with SEN, particularly within EYFS or KS1.
- A strong understanding of early childhood development and special education practices.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
