About the role:

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail branches in and around Yeovil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Salary: The annual salary for this role is £28,080, with opportunities to earn an uncapped weekly bonus.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engraving, shoe repairs, photo processing, dry cleaning, and more.
  • Run multiple branches in the Yeovil area, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail professionals, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships.
