About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Therapy Manager to join our Community Rehabilitation Team in the Honiton-Ottery St Mary (HOSM)/Seaton-Axminster-Sidmouth (SAS) Cluster.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Team Leads, overseeing the community teams and the inpatient team in Sidmouth Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Team Leads
  • Oversee the community teams and the inpatient team in Sidmouth Hospital
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff well-being
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve cluster goals
