Job Summary:
Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Children's Registered Manager to join our team in Halifax. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a 5-bedded home for boys aged 11-17 with challenging behaviors and a history of EBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, recruit, develop, and train the staff team in collaboration with the RI and HR department.
- Ensure the service provides company and OFSTED standard support to each young person.
- Work with the RI and HR department to ensure the home provides positive outcomes for the young people within the home.
- Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for the young people.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
- Deputy or Registered Manager experience.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary up to £52,000, including £2,000 in bonuses.
- A full-time, permanent contract with Monday to Friday working hours and on-call duties.
