We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment | Best Small Company 2022. As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of all activities on assigned client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to promote retention and expand scope of work.
- Leading crisis management efforts with a solution-oriented approach and escalating issues when necessary.
- Managing client project budgets, ensuring proper allocation based on the brief, agency rate cards, and agreed scope of work.
- Collaborating with various departments across the agency to develop and deliver high-quality work.
- Establishing strategic direction for individual accounts in partnership with the internal strategy team, with regular reviews to maintain alignment with the approved strategy.
- Managing and mentoring the team, providing support and guidance for their career development and respective roles.
Requirements:
- Experienced Senior Account Director/Account Director in a social-first agency.
- Skilled in delivering full project management, including timeline development, budget oversight, documentation, and adherence to briefs, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Workplace.
