Business Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable Business Support Specialist to provide essential support to the Residential Property team. The ideal candidate will have strong self-management skills, be able to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment, and maintain accurate records.
The primary duties of this role include preparing and sending quotes, opening new client files, and assisting with contract pack preparation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for handling HMLR registration, reviewing completed registration documents, and reporting to clients and lenders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send quotes to clients
- Open new client files and assist in preparing contract packs for sales
- Handle HMLR registration and review completed registration documents
- Report to clients and lenders after registration is complete
- Keep clients, estate agents, and solicitors updated on transaction progress
