Administrative Support Specialist

At Brook Street, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Residential Property team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and taking on new challenges. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering effective and organized conveyancing assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
About the Role:
- This position involves providing essential support to the Residential Property team, ensuring seamless communication with clients, estate agents, and solicitors.
- You will be responsible for preparing and sending quotes, following up to convert or gain feedback, opening new client files, and assisting in preparing contract packs for sales (under supervision).
- Additionally, you will prepare completion statements, submit SDLT returns (following training), handle HMLR registration, review completed registration documents (following training), and report to clients and lenders after registration is complete.
- Organizing incoming mail with client files, liaising with fee earners on action items, and addressing queries will also be part of your responsibilities.
