Job Description

Our Care Assistants are the heart of our business, providing essential support and care to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant with City and County Healthcare Group, you'll be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients, following individual care plans and assisting with medication management and practical tasks. You'll work closely with a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care, and we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.

Requirements

To be successful as a Care Assistant with City and County Healthcare Group, you'll need to possess:
  • A compassionate and caring approach to supporting vulnerable adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills


What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, rising to £11.90 per hour at weekends, plus paid mileage. We also offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, and access to our benefits and well-being platform.
