Key Responsibilities
  1. Deal with client queries quickly and efficiently, ensuring all communication is accurately recorded.
  2. Collect and record client policy information and critical data in accordance with KYC principles.
  3. Obtain policy information, quotes, and product details, and process new business applications.
  4. Prepare documentation for client meetings and annual reviews, including product literature and provider forms.
What You'll Need
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and professional development opportunities.
