Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our team at an established Automotive Bodyshop in Hersham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient management of the bodyshop's operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair work required on their vehicles
  2. Create and maintain accurate Job Cards on our in-house computer systems
  3. Manage customer and vehicle records with precision
  4. Generate and submit invoices in a timely manner
  5. Provide detailed estimates of repair costs and completion times to customers
  6. Negotiate with insurance companies to secure necessary repairs

Essential Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bodyshop Receptionist or equivalent role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using motor dealership database software

Working Arrangements:
This full-time role offers a salary of £31,500 per annum, paid weekly. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
