Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT CHILDREN'S LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACROSS ALL AREAS OF THE CURRICULUM
  • ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, PARENTS, AND COLLEAGUES
  • CONTRIBUTE TO A SAFE, INCLUSIVE, AND SUPPORTIVE CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER TEACHING ASSISTANTS TO ENSURE COHESIVE PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and achievements
About the Role

This is an excellent chance for someone who is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for young children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional care and education.

We offer a competitive salary (£26,000 per annum), paid weekly via PAYE, opportunities for career progression and professional growth, pension contributions (subject to a qualifying period), and a comprehensive induction program.
