Join Our Team as Offshore Export Cable Work Package Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offshore Export Cable Work Package Manager to lead and coordinate our interdisciplinary work package. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for successfully managing the cable supply and installation, as well as leading contract negotiations and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the interdisciplinary work package, including bidding the cable supply and T&I, leading contract negotiations, and managing the cable supply and T&I contract.
  • Proactively lead and coordinate the reconciliation of permitting, cable design, cable installation, and system electrical issues to determine optimal cable routing.
  • Effectively plan and control package budget and coordinate with EnBW AG corporate line and commercial functions.
  • Ensure knowledge and experience are shared effectively and promptly with stakeholders within the organisation and involved areas and functions.
  • Actively liaise with other work packages and functional and project teams on interfaces and issues.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in project management positions, including experience in project implementation and contract management.
  • Extensive knowledge of the submarine cable industry/technology.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Fluency in business English, German is a plus.
