Franco Manca, the UK's leading Neapolitan sourdough pizza restaurant, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Guildford.
As an Assistant Manager at Franco Manca, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives, develop staff, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ensuring seamless service delivery, including food preparation, presentation, and service
- Driving sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities
- Developing and implementing staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, quality, and safety
- Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives and develop staff
