Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Megan's Restaurants in Guildford. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer feedback
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- A competitive salary of up to 38,000 per year
- A performance-related bonus worth up to 6,500 per year
