Assistant Manager Role at Franco Manca

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Assistant Manager to join our team at Franco Manca in Guildford. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for maintaining high health and safety standards, leading a team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high health and safety standards in the restaurant
  • Lead a team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
  • Ensure exceptional customer service
  • Assist with restaurant operations and management

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in Hospitality in a similar role
  • Ability to maintain high health and safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to lead a team in the Restaurant Manager absence
  • Hands-on attitude
