", "ul": ["Provide leadership and clinical advice to support and promote excellence in safe, evidence-based practice for our international midwives.", "Assist the service in supporting our international midwives in clinical practice, developing their confidence and competence as well as their transition to working in the UK.", "Work closely with the Practice Development Team, providing teaching, support and pastoral care to Internationally Educated and Recruited Midwives (IEM) throughout their pre-registration and Preceptorship period.", "Support the Maternity unit in its training and development programmes for all clinical staff."]}
