About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and IT-savvy individual to join our close-knit team as a Junior Service Administrator/ Technical Administrator. Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and scheduling engineers' site visits to customers to ensure best customer service
  • Liaising with customers to schedule future works
  • Further technical training to become a product specialist
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and able to work autonomously
  • Excellent IT skills and experience in administrative roles
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
