About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at The Advocate Group, a leading search and selection business providing top talent to the consumer products sector.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for actively seeking out new customers within the On Trade market, while also continuing to increase sales with existing customers.
  • Key responsibilities will include:
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the On Trade market
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
    • Utilizing industry knowledge and expertise to maximize sales and revenue growth
    • Attending regular meetings with new and existing customers to discuss sales strategies and goals
  • The ideal candidate will have:
    • Proven experience in sales and business development within the On Trade market
    • Strong industry knowledge and expertise in the wine and spirits sector
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
