Job Summary:

The Advocate Group is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and represent a leading Wine business across the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for actively seeking out new accounts to partner with, while also continuing to increase sales with existing customers within the On Trade market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the On Trade sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Utilize industry knowledge and relationships to drive sales growth
  • Continuously educate customers on the company brand and portfolio to maximize sales
  • Attend regular meetings with new and existing customers to discuss sales strategies and goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in On Trade sales, preferably within the Wine or Spirits industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Outcome-focused and highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • A passion for the wine industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with market trends
