Property Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Director to join our team at the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth. As a key member of our Property Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our temporary accommodation properties are safe, well-maintained, and meet the needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards
- Manage and resolve repair issues promptly, with a focus on eliminating damp and mould
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, stakeholders, and private landlords
- Accurately record and report on property maintenance activities and resident interactions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management, housing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of health and safety and homeless procedure
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals
