Job Title: Learning Systems Administrator

Knight Frank is seeking a highly skilled Learning Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Business Services division, you will be responsible for the online optimization, management, and day-to-day support of our Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the LMS, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient system operations.
  • Provide user support and execute ongoing system iterations to enhance the UX.
  • Identify and resolve technical problems related to the LMS, collaborating with external contacts to troubleshoot and solve system issues.
  • Develop and deliver system training for our population and those with administrative permissions.
  • Create up-to-date LMS documentation, trainings, how-to guides, and resource materials for learners.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create and manage online courses within the system Learning Journeys.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with core stakeholders to support digital delivery and engagement.
  • Manage data as needed for the L&D team and support stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Focus Groups to ensure UX, design, delivery, etc. are aligned to business/learner needs.
  • Conduct and analyze LMS engagement data, creating reports to share with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience managing an LMS (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, Fuse, SAP, Oracle, Moodle).
  • Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills.
  • Data Analysis expertise.
  • Understanding of learning and learning system standards, best practices, and trends.
  • Marketing/Comms experience and previous experience with Workday (desirable).
