About the Role

As a Child Support Specialist with Servoca Nursing & Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a safe and nurturing environment that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of children and young people.
* Establish positive relationships with young people, offering unconditional and positive regard.
* Help young people gain self-control by challenging unacceptable behavior and rewarding acceptable conduct.
* Ensure each young person's care plan is followed and amended as necessary.
* Attend to practical matters, such as cooking, cleaning, and social engagements.
* Provide advice, assistance, and support to enable young people to address past and present difficulties.

Requirements:

* Be over the age of 21.
* Have 6 months of Children's Residential Support worker experience or a relevant qualification.
* Be caring, positive, and compassionate.
* Be well-organized and reliable.
* Possess excellent communication and people skills.
