About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Saltrock. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail store teams in Kendal and Keswick, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and drive brand awareness
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and stockroom standards to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to meet Saltrock standards
  • Monitor and evaluate store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Head Office, DC, and retail teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
