Job Title: Store ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Kendal and Keswick. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Store Operations
- Manage store inventory, including stock levels, stockroom organization, and merchandise presentation.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping, including maintenance of stockroom standards.
- Sales and Customer Service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience in store.
- Communication and Administration
- Communicate effectively with Head Office, DC, and retail team to ensure seamless operations.
- Complete all administration tasks required, including commercial file management and reporting.
