Dialysis Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
Key Responsibilities- Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for dialysis patients
- Work autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of care for dialysis patients
- Provide holistic care to patients, juggling technical nursing aspects while giving compassionate care
- Excellent training and development opportunities, including a 8-week Fundamental Dialysis Programme accredited by the European Dialysis and Transplant Nurses Association/European Renal Care Association
- Competitive salary up to £33,736.50 per year, with progression through the pay scale underpinned by a Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF) for each role
