Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Specialist to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care, where you will play a vital role in the delivery of exceptional patient care in our haemodialysis unit.
About the Role
As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing haemodialysis, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Conduct regular reviews of patient care plans to ensure they are meeting the changing needs of patients
• Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in renal care and haemodialysis

Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A valid nursing registration and a current DBS check
• Relevant experience in renal care and haemodialysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
