Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking a skilled Senior Team Lead to join our team in central Oxford. This is a full-time role, offered on a hybrid-basis with a minimum of 2 days onsite and 3 days working remotely.

Benefits and Salary:
">The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 38 days annual leave, sports centre discounts, access to local attractions, and an enhanced pension scheme.
">Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will have strong communications experience, both in print and digitally, as well as being competent using multiple online applications and having strong writing skills.
">You must also have a proven track record of building strong working relationships, engaging with others for long-term collaboration, and you will be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
