We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our chemistry research and development efforts. As Director of Chemistry R&D, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our small molecule programs, focusing on disordered proteins.

  • Developing and executing chemistry strategies to drive project success.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of chemistry inputs into overall project plans.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster growth and development within the organization.
  • Representing the company at external forums, conferences, and partnerships to promote our vision and values.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Ph.D. in synthetic/medicinal/computational chemistry or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of industry experience, with a strong track record of leadership and achievements in drug discovery.
  • Expertise in multiple therapeutic areas, technologies, and biophysical techniques, particularly in cancer biology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
