Care Assistant Role in Residential Care Home

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Leonard Cheshire, a residential care home for 22 people with physical disabilities.
Job Summary
This is a full-time position, working 34.5 hours per week, with a shift rota including long days, short days, and weekend shifts. You will be required to work flexibly and creatively with our customers and their families, supporting them with daily life tasks, personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, and experience of working with vulnerable adults or children. You will also need to be able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is approximately £21,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
