We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks to clients.
  • Engage in activities with clients, such as reading, watching movies, or playing games.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care work is not necessary, as we value life skills and provide comprehensive training.
  • Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
