Care Assistant

**Salary:** £11.78 per hour
The successful candidate will have a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the people we support, with a strong desire to learn and grow in confidence. You will be part of a dynamic team, working together to provide a welcoming and friendly environment that promotes socialization, arts and crafts, and community access.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Encourage individuals to participate in activities, such as Zumba classes, swimming, and arts and crafts
- Support individuals with positive behavior support plans and reflective practice
**Requirements:**
- Full UK driving license
- Resilience, flexibility, and composure in approach
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
