Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Children's Community Therapist to provide clinical services, including intakes and therapeutic interventions, in accordance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of mental and physical characteristics of applicable population groups, psychotherapy, human behavior, treatment modes, and related issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide group, individual, and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention, to clients in need.
  • Maintain and complete psychosocial assessments, case notes, case reviews, court reports, and letters, adhering to established protocols.
  • Conduct regular case reviews to determine current and future treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with external agents regarding organizational programs and client needs and conditions, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in a social services field, along with relevant certification or licensure, is required.
  • Three to six months of related internship or practicum experience is preferred.
