Job Title: Cluster Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team at Yotel's London HQ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive market share and revenue performance by developing and implementing effective inventory and pricing strategies for assigned hotels in Europe.
  • Implement pricing strategies for all market segments, distribution channels, and Conference and Events.
  • Manage and control inventory effectively, ensuring all distribution channels are optimized and managed accordingly.
  • Implement sales and pricing strategies set by Senior Cluster Revenue Manager for all hotels.
  • Produce accurate monthly forecasts.
Inventory Management:
  • Conduct daily reviews and implement room accommodation and rate inventory controls.
  • Manage Group and Transient inventory for all hotels in the region.
  • Quote for groups and support hotels in managing groups in line with contracts and according to demand.
Sales and Pricing Strategy:
  • Monitor and adjust sales, groups, and pricing strategies.
  • Participate in weekly revenue meetings.
  • Ensure pricing consistency across all distribution channels.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Provide analysis of yield strategies, room statistics, and performance trends.
  • Review data quality between PMS and RMS.
  • Write and review end-of-month revenue reports for each hotel.
Commercial Performance:
  • Review competitive shops daily and identify selling strategies, opportunities, and market trends.
  • Ensure all systems used are audited and meet Yotel's Revenue Indicator standards.

The successful candidate will be a key driver in the hotel's market share performance and demonstrate the fundamentals of Yotel's Values.
